Art and Architecture in Dialogue – Frank O. Gehry & Kurt W. Forster

Californian architect Frank O. Gehry talks with architecture historian Kurt W. Forster, founding director of the Getty Research Institute in Los Angeles about his buildings and his friends Richard Serra and Claes Oldenburg. For the first time Gehry speaks about the work process and about the creation of his spectacular Guggenheim Museum in Bilbao, one of the first computer-generated buildings. The conversation is supplemented by numerous artist statues on Gehry's architecture.
